Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using SQL, Python, and visualization tools

- Present findings through clear, compelling visualizations and executive-level reports

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and modeling skills with attention to detail
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehouse environments
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex insights for non-technical audiences
- Knowledge of healthcare or manufacturing data systems preferred
