What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with leadership to translate business questions into data queries.
- Design, build, and maintain complex dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Ensure data integrity by cleaning, validating, and processing large datasets.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Support the implementation of ETL processes to improve data workflow efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze large sets of data to identify trends and patterns.
- Create visualizations and interactive dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.
- Write efficient SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from relational databases.
- Partner with product and marketing teams to define KPIs and track performance.
- Maintain and update data documentation and data dictionaries.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar) and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
