Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Support business strategy through SQL-based data extraction and statistical modeling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into actionable recommendations
- Develop KPI tracking frameworks and performance metrics for departmental goals
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
- Present insights to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Advanced knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data manipulation
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-technical audiences
- Experience working in financial services or fintech preferred
