Key Responsibilities:

- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive and intuitive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business strategy.
- Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve data collection processes and internal reporting workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar quantitative role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Programming: Strong scripting skills in Python or R preferred.
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically about data quality and source validation.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences.
