Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain complex dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract data and perform complex statistical analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define questions, find answers, and drive process improvements.
- Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and recommendations for stakeholders at all levels.
- Identify data anomalies and work to resolve data quality issues within the database.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging data analysis tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for data querying and extraction.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Proficiency in Python or R for advanced data manipulation and modeling is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business language.
- Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset.
