Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders

- Present findings to leadership with clear recommendations for business optimization

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with remote work proficiency
- Expertise in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong business acumen with experience translating data into strategic insights
- Proven ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences
- Certification in Tableau or Microsoft Azure Data preferred
