Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop automated reports to monitor key business indicators and deliver actionable insights
- Present findings to leadership through clear, compelling data narratives
- Continuously improve data quality by implementing validation protocols and documentation standards
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests to solve urgent business challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with remote work exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of statistical methodologies and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data analysis projects
