Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling tools to identify trends and business insights
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize product features and user experiences
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate data pipelines and ensure data quality
- Present findings to leadership through concise, data-driven narratives and recommendations
- Monitor KPIs and build automated reporting systems for real-time performance tracking
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Proven expertise in statistical analysis and experimental design
- Strong communication skills translating complex data for non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing solutions
