Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated reporting dashboards using SQL and visualization tools
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with hypothesis testing
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas
- Experience with data cleaning and ETL processes using Python or R
