What You Will Do:
As a Data Analyst, you will bridge the gap between raw data and strategic decision-making. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators, build robust reporting systems, and provide actionable recommendations that shape our company's future.
Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Mining & Cleaning: Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure high-quality inputs for analysis and reporting.
- Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (using Tableau or PowerBI) to visualize KPIs and trends for management.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies within the data.
- SQL & Database Management: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases.
- Business Intelligence Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports that clearly communicate findings to cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with operations teams to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions for process optimization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Programming: Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into actionable business insights for non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and the ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in large datasets.
