Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards in Power BI and Tableau for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with product teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
- Validate data integrity and implement quality control measures
- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Excel
- Advanced Power BI/Tableau dashboard development skills
- Strong statistical analysis and A/B testing capabilities
- Experience with data warehousing (Snowflake preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
