Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical tools to identify business opportunities and risks
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical modeling to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Collaborate with IT teams to improve data pipeline integrity and automation
- Present findings to leadership through clear visual reports and actionable recommendations
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests to address immediate business challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design abilities
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation and analysis
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business insights
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to non-technical audiences
