Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Create predictive models to forecast market behavior and customer engagement
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data visualizations
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Optimize data collection methods and ensure data integrity across systems
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests from stakeholders across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical analysis and hypothesis testing skills
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
