Responsibilities
- Design and implement cybersecurity protocols for equity options trading platforms
- Monitor and respond to real-time threats targeting financial systems
- Conduct penetration testing on trading infrastructure and option pricing engines
- Develop incident response plans specific to options market manipulation attacks
- Collaborate with quantitative analysts to secure algorithmic trading models
- Maintain compliance with SEC/FINRA cybersecurity regulations
- Lead security awareness training for trading desk personnel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Finance
- 5+ years experience in financial systems security
- Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) or CISSP required
- Expertise in options trading mechanics and market microstructure
- Proficiency in threat detection tools (Splunk, Darktrace)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and network segmentation
