Responsibilities
- Implement advanced threat detection and incident response protocols
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments
- Manage SIEM operations and security monitoring dashboards
- Develop zero-trust architecture and encryption strategies
- Lead security audits and compliance frameworks (NIST, GDPR)
- Mentor junior security analysts and document security procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years in cybersecurity roles with hands-on incident response
