Responsibilities
- Conduct real-time threat detection and incident response for enterprise networks
- Implement and manage advanced security protocols (SIEM, EDR, firewalls)
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop zero-trust architecture solutions for cloud environments
- Collaborate with CISO teams on security strategy and compliance
- Monitor and analyze security intelligence feeds (SOC operations)
- Document security incidents and remediation procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Cybersecurity or equivalent experience (CISSP/CEH/CISM preferred)
- 3+ years in enterprise security operations or threat intelligence
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and network protocols
- Hands-on experience with Splunk, CrowdStrike, or Palo Alto tools
- Strong understanding of NIST frameworks and GDPR/CCPA compliance
- Ability to work rotating shifts in 24/7 security operations center
- Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain
