Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) during night shift hours
- Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents with minimal supervision
- Perform threat hunting activities to identify anomalous behavior
- Document incident reports and contribute to security improvement plans
- Collaborate with global security teams during critical incidents
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and patch management triage
- Participate in security awareness training for night shift personnel
Qualifications
- 3+ years in cybersecurity operations or SOC analyst role
- Active CISSP, Security+, or CompTIA CySA+ certification
- Proficiency in SIEM platforms, IDS/IPS, and network security tools
- Experience with threat intelligence platforms (Mandiant, Recorded Future)
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, Windows/Linux systems, and cloud security
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure night shift environment
- Valid US government security clearance preferred
