Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive cybersecurity architectures across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments
- Lead incident response planning and execution for complex security breaches
- Develop zero-trust security frameworks and IAM solutions
- Conduct regular security assessments and penetration testing
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior security engineers and establish best practices
- Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and industry-specific regulations
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity architecture with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Certified CISSP, CISM, or equivalent advanced security certification
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security services and container security (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven experience designing zero-trust architectures and IAM solutions
- Strong background in threat intelligence, SIEM implementation, and SOC operations
