As part of our elite security operations center, you will work alongside industry veterans to proactively identify risks, respond to incidents, and maintain our rigorous compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and events using SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) to detect potential threats in real-time.
- Perform regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
- Investigate and remediate security breaches and incidents following established incident response procedures.
- Configure, manage, and tune firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection systems.
- Ensure compliance with internal security policies, industry standards (NIST, ISO 27001), and government regulations.
- Conduct security awareness training and collaborate with IT teams to patch vulnerabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, SOC analysis, or information security.
- Certifications such as CISSP, Security+, CEH, or GCIH are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and cloud security.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex security issues under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and stakeholder updates.
