Responsibilities
- Monitor security systems and investigate potential breaches using SIEM tools
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop incident response plans and execute breach mitigation
- Implement and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and encryption protocols
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with NIST frameworks
- Analyze malware and forensic evidence during security incidents

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 3+ years experience in security operations or threat analysis
- CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CEH certification required
- Proficiency in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Knowledge of network protocols and cloud security (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with incident response frameworks (NIST SP 800-61)
