Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security threats using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop incident response plans and security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security initiatives
- Document security incidents and remediation actions
- Stay current with evolving cyber threats and defense strategies
- Implement NIST and ISO 27001 compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of cybersecurity experience with remote work exposure
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
- Expertise in network security, threat detection, and incident response
- Proficiency in security tools (Wireshark, Metasploit, Burp Suite)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
