Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct threat hunting and incident response investigations
- Develop and maintain security documentation (policies, playbooks)
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls
- Lead security awareness training for employees
- Manage compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in security operations or SOC roles
- Active CISSP, Security+, or CEH certification
- Proficiency in network security tools (Firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and DevSecOps
- Strong knowledge of threat intelligence frameworks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
