Responsibilities
- Monitor security infrastructure using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and analyze threat intelligence
- Lead incident response investigations for security breaches and cyberattacks
- Develop and implement security controls, policies, and compliance frameworks
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Collaborate with IT teams to remediate security gaps
- Generate security reports for executive stakeholders
- Stay current on emerging threats and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years in cybersecurity roles (SIEM, incident response, or threat analysis)
- CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CEH certification required
- Proficiency in security tools: Splunk, Wireshark, Nessus
- Experience with NIST frameworks and compliance standards
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts for 24/7 security operations
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
