Responsibilities
- Monitor security systems for threats and vulnerabilities using SIEM tools
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments
- Incident response and forensic analysis during security breaches
- Develop and maintain security documentation and policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security architecture
- Implement and manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection
- Stay updated on emerging threats and security trends
Qualifications
- 3+ years in cybersecurity or related IT security role
- CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CEH certification required
- Experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Knowledge of NIST frameworks and compliance standards
- Proficient in network security tools (Wireshark, Metasploit)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
