Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security threats using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Implement and manage firewall configurations (Palo Alto, Fortinet)
- Respond to security incidents and coordinate remediation efforts
- Develop security policies and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with IT teams on secure architecture design
- Generate weekly security reports for executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of cybersecurity experience with active Security+ or CISSP certification
- Proficiency in threat detection tools (IDS/IPS, EDR)
- Hands-on experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Understanding of NIST frameworks and compliance standards
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
