Responsibilities
- Monitor, detect, and respond to cybersecurity incidents across enterprise networks and cloud infrastructure
- Conduct forensic analysis of security breaches and implement remediation strategies
- Manage SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) to identify and mitigate threats
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on critical systems
- Develop and maintain security automation scripts for incident response
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security posture
- Document security incidents, procedures, and technical findings
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with focus on threat detection and incident response
- CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CEH certification required
- Proficiency in SIEM tools, IDS/IPS systems, and network security protocols
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization technologies
- Strong knowledge of NIST frameworks and compliance standards
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills under pressure
