Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Investigate and respond to security incidents with 15-minute SLA
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Generate incident reports and executive summaries
- Collaborate with global SOC teams during critical events
- Implement zero-trust security frameworks and best practices
- Lead weekend tabletop exercises for threat simulation
Qualifications
- 3+ years in cybersecurity operations (SOC, incident response)
- Active CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ certification
- Expertise in threat intelligence (MITRE ATT&CK, CrowdStrike)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and network protocols
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
- Weekend availability and excellent communication skills
