Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Investigate cyber threats and lead incident response procedures
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Implement security controls across cloud and on-premise environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security architecture
- Document security incidents and maintain compliance frameworks
- Proactively hunt for advanced persistent threats (APTs)
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with weekend shift experience
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
- Expertise in threat detection, incident response, and NIST frameworks
- Strong knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure) and network protocols
- Experience with SIEM tools and vulnerability scanners
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
