Responsibilities
- Monitor security systems and networks for vulnerabilities and incidents during weekend shifts
- Investigate and respond to security alerts, breaches, and cyber threats
- Implement security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security posture
- Document security incidents and maintain compliance with industry standards
- Participate in weekend on-call rotations for critical incident response
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations or incident response
- Active CISSP, Security+, or CEH certification required
- Proficiency with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and network security protocols
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- US citizenship or permanent residency required
