Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts across SIEM platforms during weekend shifts
- Investigate and remediate cybersecurity incidents within SLA timelines
- Conduct vulnerability scans and penetration testing on critical systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on incident response procedures
- Document security incidents and generate comprehensive audit reports
- Implement zero-trust architecture controls and access policies
- Stay updated on emerging threats and attack vectors
Qualifications
- 3+ years of cybersecurity experience with SOC/NOC background
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification required
- Proficiency in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Strong knowledge of NIST frameworks and compliance standards
- Experience with threat hunting and incident response protocols
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
