Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced security protocols to defend against evolving cyber threats
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on enterprise systems
- Lead incident response operations and forensic investigations
- Develop security awareness training programs for cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security into DevOps pipelines
- Maintain compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and industry-specific regulations
- Monitor and analyze security metrics using SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with focus on threat detection and incident response
- CISSP, CISM, or CEH certification required
- Proficiency in network security tools (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, WAF)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerized environments
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR)
- Ability to create and maintain security documentation and policies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
