Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents during weekend shifts
- Document security events and maintain incident response logs
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security patches and mitigations
- Conduct vulnerability scans and penetration testing exercises
- Stay current on emerging threats and security trends
- Participate in security drills and emergency response simulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience
- Industry certifications (CISSP, CEH, Security+)
- Proficiency with SIEM tools and threat detection platforms
- Strong understanding of network protocols and security architectures
- Incident response handling experience
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
- Must be available for Saturday-Sunday shifts (12-hour shifts)
