- Monitor SIEM platforms and threat intelligence feeds during weekend shifts
- Investigate and respond to security incidents with rapid containment protocols
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on critical systems
- Document security incidents and maintain detailed audit trails
- Collaborate with on-call engineers during complex threat scenarios
- Conduct forensic analysis of security breaches and recommend mitigations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in cybersecurity operations or incident response
- CISSP, CEH, or Security+ certification required
- Expert knowledge of NIST frameworks and CIS controls
- Proficiency in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Experience with Windows/Linux security hardening
- Strong analytical skills and decision-making under pressure
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
