Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents in real-time.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses.
- Manage and maintain security tools, including SIEM, firewalls, and endpoint protection systems.
- Enforce compliance with internal security policies and external regulations (e.g., HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure architecture design and implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or network security.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, or GSEC are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of threat intelligence, malware analysis, and incident response procedures.
- Proficiency with security tools (e.g., Splunk, FireEye, Palo Alto Networks).
