Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct threat hunting and vulnerability assessments
- Incident response coordination and remediation documentation
- Develop security policies and procedures for network protection
- Collaborate with IT teams on patch management and hardening
- Generate executive security reports and threat intelligence briefings
- Conduct penetration testing and security awareness training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Cybersecurity/IT or 3+ years equivalent experience
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification required
- Hands-on experience with EDR solutions (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne)
- Knowledge of NIST frameworks and compliance standards
- Proficiency in Python/SQL for threat analysis
- Active TS/SCI clearance preferred
- Ability to work rotating on-call shifts
