Responsibilities
- Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents using SIEM tools (Splunk/QRadar)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across network systems
- Develop and implement security protocols to mitigate emerging threats
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with NIST and ISO 27001 standards
- Generate comprehensive security reports for executive stakeholders
- Lead incident response activities during security breaches
- Research and analyze threat intelligence to proactively defend infrastructure
Qualifications
- 3+ years in cybersecurity operations or incident response
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Security+ required
- Proficiency in SIEM platforms, firewalls, and endpoint protection tools
- Experience with threat intelligence frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK)
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and system architectures
- Ability to work under pressure during critical incidents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
