Responsibilities
- Monitor security infrastructure using SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar)
- Investigate and respond to security incidents with SLA-driven urgency
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop and maintain security documentation and playbooks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security initiatives
- Stay updated on threat intelligence and emerging attack vectors
- Implement network security controls and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years in cybersecurity or IT security roles
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification required
- Experience with SIEM tools and incident response protocols
- Strong knowledge of network security principles (TCP/IP, firewalls)
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Ability to work independently in remote environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
