Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor security alerts and events using SIEM tools (Splunk, Sentinel, or LogRhythm) to identify and mitigate potential threats in real-time.
- Conduct thorough vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to proactively identify weaknesses in our network architecture.
- Lead and coordinate incident response efforts, including forensic analysis and post-incident recovery.
- Implement and manage firewall policies, VPN configurations, and endpoint protection measures.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory standards (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
- Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees to reduce human error risks.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, SOC analysis, or network security.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, or GSEC are highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of security frameworks and risk management methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud security platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
