Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security threats using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response for cyberattacks, including malware and ransomware
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop and implement zero-trust security frameworks
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Create executive security dashboards and threat intelligence reports
- Mentor junior analysts on emerging threats and mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations or incident response
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ (required)
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure) and network protocols
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) and automation tools
- Experience with threat intelligence platforms (AlienVault, Recorded Future)
