Responsibilities
- Monitor security threats using SIEM tools and analyze vulnerability reports
- Conduct risk assessments for cloud infrastructure and on-premises systems
- Respond to security incidents and coordinate remediation with cross-functional teams
- Develop and maintain security documentation including policies and playbooks
- Perform penetration testing and security audits for client environments
- Stay current on emerging threats and industry compliance standards (NIST, GDPR)
Qualifications
- 3+ years in cybersecurity with focus on threat detection or incident response
- CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CEH certification required
- Proficiency in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and network security tools
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and zero-trust architectures
- Strong analytical skills with ability to prioritize critical security events
- Excellent written/verbal communication for reporting to non-technical stakeholders
