Responsibilities
- Participate in intensive paid training: Master industry-standard security tools, protocols, and methodologies through our structured curriculum.
- Monitor security alerts: Utilize SIEM platforms like Splunk or Sentinel to detect, analyze, and respond to potential cyber threats in real-time.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments: Perform penetration testing and network scans to identify weaknesses in our systems before malicious actors exploit them.
- Manage firewall and network security: Configure and maintain firewalls and VPNs to ensure secure data transmission and access control.
- Incident Response: Lead the investigation and remediation of security breaches, ensuring minimal downtime and data loss.
- Compliance Reporting: Generate detailed reports on security posture and compliance with regulatory standards (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field is a plus.
