Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts across SIEM platforms during night shift
- Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents with SOAR automation
- Conduct vulnerability scans and penetration testing for enterprise systems
- Collaborate with global teams during incident response activations
- Document security protocols and maintain compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Proactively hunt for threats using EDR and network analytics tools
- Provide after-hours escalation support for critical security events
Qualifications
- 3+ years in cybersecurity operations or SOC analyst role
- Active CISSP, CEH, or Security+ certification (required)
- Expertise in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Experience with threat hunting and incident response protocols
- Knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure) and network architecture
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills and decision-making under pressure
- Relevant bachelor's degree in IT/Security or equivalent experience
