Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts and events across enterprise networks 24/7.
- Perform real-time incident response and forensics for security breaches.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on internal systems.
- Configure and manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection software.
- Document security incidents, investigations, and compliance reports.
- Collaborate with IT teams to patch vulnerabilities and improve security posture.
- Stay updated on the latest threat vectors and security trends.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret or Secret Security Clearance is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or SOC analysis.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, or GCIH are required.
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP, OSI Model, and network protocols.
- Strong proficiency with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends.
