Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for 24/7 monitoring of security operations centers, responding to critical incidents, and ensuring the integrity of our network infrastructure. Your expertise will be the first line of defense against cyber threats.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze SIEM alerts and logs in real-time to detect and respond to security threats.
- Conduct thorough incident response investigations and execute containment strategies.
- Perform regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing support.
- Collaborate with the threat intelligence team to identify emerging cyber threats.
- Document security incidents and maintain detailed playbooks for future reference.
- Assist in the configuration and tuning of security tools and firewalls.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Cybersecurity or Network Security.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and IDS/IPS systems.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, Security+, GSEC, or CEH are highly preferred.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Experience with remote work environments and a dedicated, secure home office setup.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
