Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts across global infrastructure during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents using Splunk and ArcSight platforms
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on network assets
- Collaborate with day-shift teams on threat intelligence sharing and incident documentation
- Generate comprehensive security reports for executive leadership
- Implement zero-trust architecture protocols across cloud and on-premise environments
- Conduct forensic analysis of security breaches using tools like EnCase and FTK
Qualifications
- 3+ years of cybersecurity experience with night shift or 24/7 operations background
- Active CISSP, CISM, or CEH certification (required)
- Proficiency in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Strong knowledge of NIST frameworks and CIS controls
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and containerized environments
- Ability to work independently during high-pressure situations
- Valid US government security clearance preferred
