Responsibilities
- Monitor SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) for security incidents and anomalies
- Conduct forensic investigations on security breaches and cyber threats
- Implement vulnerability management processes using Nessus/Qualys
- Develop and maintain security documentation (playbooks, policies)
- Collaborate with IT teams to remediate security gaps
- Perform penetration testing and security assessments
- Stay current on emerging threats and mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of cybersecurity analysis experience
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification
- Proficiency in SIEM tools and threat detection platforms
- Experience with incident response protocols (NIST CSF)
- Strong knowledge of network security (firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST 800-53)
- Ability to work independently under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Cybersecurity or equivalent experience
