Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Investigate cybersecurity incidents and coordinate remediation efforts
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop and maintain security documentation (policies, playbooks)
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls
- Stay current with emerging threats and industry best practices
- Perform forensic analysis on security breaches
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience
- Certifications: Security+, CISSP, or CEH preferred
- Proficiency in network security tools (Firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Strong knowledge of NIST frameworks and compliance standards
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
