Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response investigations and remediation for cyber threats
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop and implement security protocols for cloud/on-premise environments
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001 standards
- Generate executive-level security reports and threat intelligence briefings
- Proactively hunt for threats using MITRE ATT&CK framework techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years hands-on cybersecurity experience with SIEM tools
- CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CEH certification required
- Expertise in network security, threat detection, and incident response
- Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or scripting for automation
- Experience with AWS/Azure security services and cloud architecture
- Strong analytical skills with ability to prioritize critical incidents
- Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain within 30 days
