Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and incidents using SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar).
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits.
- Implement and maintain network security controls, including firewalls and IDS/IPS.
- Develop and update security policies, procedures, and compliance documentation (NIST, ISO).
- Respond to security breaches, perform incident investigation, and execute recovery plans.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure software development and deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, or CISM are strongly preferred.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in information security analysis or network defense.
- Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, networking, and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
