Responsibilities
- Monitor security systems and respond to alerts/incidents in real-time
- Analyze network traffic and logs to identify suspicious activities
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop and maintain security policies/procedures
- Collaborate with IT teams on security compliance initiatives
- Document security incidents and prepare executive reports
- Stay current on emerging threats and security technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of cybersecurity experience
- Strong knowledge of SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Certifications (CISSP, CEH, Security+) preferred
- Experience with threat detection and incident response
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with flexible scheduling
